SIL wanted hat, and I had a $5.00 rewards coupon from LB here (thank, guys!) and Vanna's Choice was on sale. I've been curious about it for years, but haven't really had a project where I couldn't scrape by with the cheapo stuff from the local Blue Store. This project was different though, for sentimental reasons. So, I got 2 skeins of Vanna's Choice in black. It arrived quickly and I was immediately impressed with the feel. Even the hubby commented on it, and he's not keen on "fuzzy" stuff. Then when I started the project, the drape of the material was really something wonderful. Now, I'm a believer. You get so many celebrity endorsements any more. But I really like this stuff. It's worth the full price, so getting it on sale was such an added bonus!
Love Vannas yarn! It has a nice 4 weight texture. Pleasant to work with. Not scratchy but hold its shape well. I’m glad I found that I can get the yarn directly from Lionbrand.com. Good prices and quick service. love the colors and there intensity.
Not as soft as most acrylic blends but it made for a great dinosaur cat hat! I adored the way it knit and my handsome boy loved it.
Yarn works up quickly and smoothly. This afghan will be going to the New Americans Program of Global Refuge. I'll continue to use this yarn for many projects in the future.
I Love this yarn. It is perfectly smooth, doesn’t pill Is perfect for crafting. All the colors that are available, make it an excellent choice for amigurumi… One of my passions
I really like this yarn. It’s a little heavier weight, fluffy with good body and twist. Easy to work either for knit or crochet. I started working on a knit poncho. I’m also working on a crochet cardigan sweater. These are in Sea Glass, and I look forward to finishing so I can try other colors!
