Really pretty yarn

Love the color Jade. It is very vivid. Great yarn for fall, also great for winter if you live in Texas. This is my second project using the yarn and plan to make a few more pieces for family gifts. Working on a fall vest, almost finished, I really love this yarn.

Really a great feel.

Love the color Dusty Blue. Great feel close to a mohair without the itch. The flow was good and pretty easy to work with. It didn’t have the center pull that I wanted but it unwinded very easily, didn’t have a problem. I made a sweater vest for the winter. Have it on my blocker, will take about a week to shape. If no one in my family takes it, I’ll wear this for years to come. This yarn is really worth the investment.

A special touch for your special projects

A number of people in my family are allergic to wool. When lion Brand created Touch of Alpaca yarn (90% acrylic 10% alpaca) I was so excited. The yarn is softer than plain acrylic, yet washable like acrylic. The color range is good. Would like to see maybe 15% alpaca if the value could remain. Slippage while knitting and crocheting is good; can split though. The child's jumper and my sisters' wrap have made people happy. Thank you Lion Brand !
