Magical makings

While I first knitted with this & had great results, the magic is this yarn & its colorations when woven on rigid heddle, table or floor loom. True, some colors have a tendency to shred in the heddle but that has not been my experience very often.
Hate that this is on clearance because it has become a staple in my weaving. It will be hard if not impossible to find a substitute. Love this yarn & wonderful customer service from the folks at Lion Brand.

Love this yarn

Shawl in a ball makes beautiful shawls. I have made many, many shawls from this yarn as it is a favorite of friends and family members. I especially love the metallics. It is so much fun watching the stripes emerge as you knit. I tend to go for the more neutrals, but love all the colors.

I have collected several skeins of SIAB, they are part of my pretty yarn stash. Whenever I come across a discontinued or discount sale, I'm o. It. This yarn makes the most beautiful woven or knitted items.

Nice colors

I love the colors in this yarn and have worked with multiple color ways and I’ll say that it’s not very pleasant to work with, the metallic element is scratchy on the fingers when working with it and feels plasticky but at least it softens up after you wash it a few times in the washer once finished.
