Easy peasy. Soft and cozy

I loved knitting this blanket. I've made two with different stripings.

I found stainless steel needles best for sliding the yarn along my needles. I was learning how to speed knit using the continental style so this yarn and pattern were ideal since it has hidden my "oopsies".

My only lament is there isn't a lovely pastel blue option to go with the other sweet colors.

NOTE: when changing colors, I used both colors for the transition row. It created an interesting transition that I found a nice way to blend the colors. I found each block of color took about 3 hours to complete.

I look forward to seeing pictures of my friend's new babies when they wrap them in these soft, cuddly, warm blankets.

Thanks for the pattern and materials!
