This yarn is incredibly soft and easy to work with. I am using it to make dishtowels and love it!

Not happy, see photos.

Ordinarily I am quite pleased with the Pima yarn but this batch of Dragonfly, of the skeins used so far, have had these strange areas that look as if the yarn got caught on something while being twisted together. As you can see in the photos. There were several of these in the skeins PLUS the usual knots. Looks to me like the machinery messed up but the operator just kept going or perhaps was not aware of the problem. Three of these plus one or two knots in one skein makes for a very messy look, in my opinion. Only way I figured to fix this was to cut the bad part out and knot them back together. If Lion Brand has a better suggestion I would like to hear it. Yarn is pretty expensive (even on sale) these days so I feel having quality yarn is a must. I also would be interested to know what caused this.

I just finished up using this yarn to make some pullover bibs for my first grandbaby. Love how soft this yarn is and it glides so nicely on my hook - a pleasure to crochet with such a nice yarn. Plan to use more of this yarn but try it on a hat, shawl and maybe a baby cardigan. Hoping to see some new solid colors in the near future! I've also made very nice dish cloths out of this pima cotton yarn which make wonderful small add-ons to gifts.

Easy Care

I had purchased a different cotton yarn from Lion Brand and hadn’t checked the care instructions. The label said hand wash and dry flat. I wanted it for a hand towel—who wants to hand wash that?? This yarn is machine wash and dry. It is nice and soft with great stitch definition! I love Pima cotton for clothing I buy and it is just as I thought, lovely and soft. My only complaint was that there was no white color available. It would be great for baby items.

Absolutely beautiful!

I made 2 kitchen towels, dish cloth and double sided scrubby, (Nylon & Pima Cotton.) My new favorite yarn to make these items with. Seems very durable & I loved how smooth the yarn was as I worked it together.

Soft beautiful yarn

I just recently started knitting on my daughter's request 😀. I used 6 skeins for the sweater and it worked! The yarn is soft and feels nice. However, there were a few knots in each skein. I'm not sure if it's normal for cotton yarn. I knitted several things from acrylic/wool blend and the were no knots at all. The color used is Blueprint. It looks grayish on the photo, but website shows correct shade.
