Limited Edition Premium Yarn

SKU: 976-150BG

$4.99

We’re combining two of our favorite things with this limited edition yarn: spectacular savings and a good mystery! You select your color family and we’ll send you a shade that falls into that color group (see photos for examples of color variety, please note, not all variations are represented). Sound fun? We think so! Get creative with tonal scrap-style blankets and sweaters, or whip up small 1-ball projects like hats and mitts. Stitching for a cause? This yarn makes great charity and gift-giving projects. The 100% acrylic content allows for it to be completely machine washable and dryable. And the CYC4 worsted weight suits many patterns for all ages. Each 100 gram ball is 186 yards.

*Please note Limited Edition Premium and Select yarns are the same weight and yardage, however, the Select option has a slight sheen that is not present in the Premium version.

Pleasantly Surprised

I don’t even remember ordering this yarn, but it arrived over the holidays and I am so excited to work with it. The colors sent to me were pretty muted and the yarn is pretty soft, so I think they will make a great TV blanket for late night snuggles with a show or movie going.

Beautiful

I made a couple bags with this yarn. They look amazing. Easy to work with

Nope

Led to believe would be a variety- was an ugly white. Splits terribly.
When first delivered- I was shorted 5 balls. I ordered 18 for a Celtic blanket pattern. They did get me the difference quickly but it’s not premium. Has a almost cotton feel. Not soft at all.

OK Yarn for the price

I doubt I’d buy this yarn again, not because there’s anything wrong with it but because there is nothing great about it. It’s a bit rough to the touch like you’d expect in a value yarn and also loosely plied.

I, like so many others thought I was getting a gradient of colors. Nope, just one color per selection even though I bought 2 bundles of each.

I got a pretty aqua color and a not quite white, not really gray color for the other (not sure if that was under the “neutrals” or the “grays”.
Also consider the 186 yards per skein as opposed to RH super saver or Joanne’s Big Twist Value with over 300 yards. I think I’d rather stick to Joanne’s Big Twist value for my bargain yarns. At least than I wouldn’t have any surprises.

Not soft

My first impression of this yarn was it was like a rough cotton.

It was nice to work with. I made held it with cotton yarn to make a bulkier yarn and crochet a market bag.

It will definitely hold up for a while.

I ordered 6 skeins expecting to get a pallette of greens, but only received one color.
