Bought this yarn in a kit for My Comfiest Knit Cardigan. Using a size 10 needles. The yarn is soft; it does split a bit. My problem was with the thickness. I have six skeins. I was working on the back of the sweater and changed to a new skein; the thickness difference was very noticeable. I pulled this section out and used a different one to move on. Now wondering how I am going to be able to finish my project. Not happy. I like Mama In A Stitch patterns for their ease and quickness. What I don’t like is her execution. Simple is not always better. Basic knitting quidelines are not always followed (IMO). For example, 2 x 2 ribbing that is going to be seamed should be a multiple of 4 plus 2. This pattern is not like that and makes seaming very difficult, I added those extra stitches and a third stitch to the right and left sides in order to pick up for the collar/border, otherwise you are going to split the front knit rib.

Hi Cathy - our apologies for the difference in thickness between your skeins! Please email our quality control team at [email protected] with the yarn & dye lot information so we can make a record of that and make it right with you.

Took way too long to arrive. The yarn is great to work with but Christmas presents didn’t get made because delivery took so long.

Lovely sweater

I like this pattern a lot, it's perfect to wear in one of those Autumn walks with your dog. Very comfortable and with pockets too. This is the perfect sweater for me and I believe many people will love it because of the pockets.

Good and slouchy

I’m knitting this sweater for my daughter who loves slouchy sweaters, and I think this is going to really please her! I have a long way to go yet, but so far, the yarn is soft and easy to work, and the slouch is going to be there.

Anticipation

I finally got the pattern and instructions and will be ready to start soon. It looks like it will be easy to knit up and enjoyable to wear.
