Quick to work pattern. Easy repeat for each row. Doesn't quite lay flat. Turns out with a slight ripple but, beautiful mandala result. Nice defined center design with a lovely, simple edging. Best in a solid or heather color. Used brown heather "4" weight acrylic and "I" hook as that's what I had available. Just wanted to try out this pattern. Will definitely make again. Hope to find the suggested yarn locally.
Hi Carolyn - to help the finished project lay flat you can wet it and the stretch it out to shape, pinning the points out to emphasize the scalloped edge.
