Im currently making a shawl in Foliage for the Crochet & Fundraise in April for St Jude Research Hospital. It will be gorgeous! Posting my progress and raising donations, when it’s completed I’ll donate it to a nonprofit to auction.
I made the “Frode Shawl” and it turned out beautiful. The yarn is very soft and the colorway is exceptional.
However the yarn was a tangled mess and I will not purchase again.
Love this yarn! Easy to work with, and absolutely beautiful. I comebined it with homespun in my projects.
Machine washed and dryed in warm water on permanent press cycle. Turns out beautifully.
Please don't discontinue this yarn. We love it. It is washable. Love the variegated colors, and just the right weight for arthritic hands to knit my mom is the knitter, she is 91 years old, and loves this yarn.
I've used homespun in the past, was hesitant on the colorway. But.....loved the results. Lionbrand pattern altered with knit 1 row, purl 1 row the last few rounds so the bla ket lays flat! So pleased with this!
