I would not call this a beginner pattern. I have been crocheting for 53 years. I was very disappointed the pattern was not included. I mean come on 🤷‍♀️. The yarn is soft and lovely but it separated easily and added to the difficulty of the pattern. I would give this a B-.

The Yarrow Cardigan is between an Easy and Intermediate skill level, as it does assume you know basic stitches and pattern reading skills, and can attempt some more complicated skills.
