Close but no cigar

The pattern looks really cute in the images but is hard to read, the sizes are not easy to tell next to what they would be in American sizes I see more like Asian sizes, I tried to make the medium one but it wasn't big enough so I had to make a large one and the armholes still came out small around like 2 to 3 inches long, and on top of that I have had to extend the sleeves to make it so the arms will actually fit through them, did anyone test this pattern before they uploaded it, wish I had read the reviews first, but I'm going to make it work.

Didn't even make it

As an intermediate crocheter who has made quite a few wearables, and tested several as well, I found this pattern to be indecipherable. I like to read the pattern completely before I even pick up a hook so ensure I understand what I am to do, but this pattern made no sense to me whatsoever. I decided that I am going to scrap the pattern and add the yarn to my stash.

Hi Michelle - we're sorry this pattern didn't work out for you! If you'd like help with any sections that weren't clear please email us at [email protected] and our pattern team will be happy to assist.

Pattern doesn't make sense. Sizes are wrong.

I've made a few crochet wearable before. This pattern was the most difficult of all of them. The sizes are no where near where they need to be. I had to do the 3xl size, when I'm not even close to the 3xl. I also had to frog the whole this, so now I have like three or four different balls of yarn. Not to mention I put this down and to be honest I will probably not pick it up again as I would have to buy more yarn to accommodate for sizing up. I'm either going to make a shawl, or find another pattern to make something g with with this yarn. It's not the yarn either. I love Mandala yarn and I use it all the time. Also, there is no direction on when and where to use what color. I don't like complaining, and maybe it was just me, but it was a difficult pattern. The actual dress is beautiful though and I would love to make it, but this pattern just isn't it.

The pattern is hard to decipher. Very confusing if you are using the extensions. Does not state what colors to use or when to change colors.
I have been crocheting for decades so I am not saying this as someone who is new to pattern reading.
I follow this young lady on IG and I absolutely love her. I love this design and will wear it often and probably make more.
