A good blanket but...

I have another pattern by this author, and I love it. I have made three blankets from it for gifts. I was excited to start this blanket with similar yarns, but I was surprised to find that this pattern is not written nearly as well as the other pattern. It is more like a rough draft. They sent me an email with a correction, but it was for a tiny mistake and not for the inconsistent wording or missing stitch numbers. I like the yarn and the look of the blanket enough that I am going to persevere. I just wish they had edited it to their usual standards.

Hello Allana - our apologies for any errors you may have found in this kit pattern! Please email our customer service team at [email protected] and we'll ask the designer to review the pattern again, and apply any corrections as needed.

This afghan is beautiful & the yarns by themselves are very pretty. The 2 together, however, are not compatible. I didn’t like the way it came out so after one square I bought new, & different yarn.

Hi Martha - we're sorry this kit didn't work out for you! Hopefully you can find another use for the yarn, and come to this pattern in the future.

Not good.

Poorly written instructions., and when the instructions include phrases like; you may need to add or subtract a stitch as you go along, you know the author is a hack.

Hi Michael - our apologies for any trouble you've had with this kit! You can email our pattern support team with any questions at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.
