Frustrated

A fee days ago I left a positive review, excited to start crocheting a shawl with the Mandala String. I have tried to begin, but I can't get anything started because the skein of string has completely fallen apart and I have had to try to wind it into a ball. No such luck. The wonderful sheen of the string makes it slide everywhere and NOT remain in ball and it is COMPLETELY TANGLED. I now have 3 small balls and a large birds nest yet to be untangled. I bought 2 kits with the Mandala String and regret it wholeheartedly, still 5 skeins to deal with after this one.😢 VERY DISAPPOINTED.
