Crochet Kit - Claudia Crop

SKU: B70879

Inspired by my favorite character from The Babysitter’s Club, this funky multi-color pullover is definitely a statement piece. The open grid-like construction keeps this crochet sweater airy and drapey while the bulky weight yarn makes it a quick and easy project.

Easy pattern

This was the 1st article of clothing I ever made. The pattern was very easy to follow and well written. The sweater turned out beautifully, even though I only used 3 colors. On the sleeves, I did 2 rows before changing color, that helped out a little with trying off the ends, which I, like the previous review, did not care for. I would like to make it again, perhaps in one color😏 I will definitely try other patterns by this designer.

Excellent pattern

The pattern is easy to follow, clearly written. Very cute when finished. The one negative is the finishing of the ends. It took almost as much time to tuck in and secure all those ends as it did to make the sweater. My hands hurt afterward. If i ever make it again with all the colors i would just leave the ends after securing them enough to prevent them from poking thru to the outside.
Subsequently i have made two more sweaters using the pattern, but used just one color to avoid all that extra work at the end.
