Pattern Designer Info
I am a wife, and mom of two awesome little girls. I have always loved to create, but in different ways. This journey began when I needed a gift for an exchange. I searched everywhere for a hat and scarf set in a shade of blue. Not finding it anywhere I decided to pick up my hook again and I was hooked. (pun intended) It was a hit and I have been creating with yarn ever since. Over the years I have perfected my craft, taking the time to improve my skills and learn new ones. I want to offer the very best of what I do. I also want to inspire others to do the same, which is why I take care to create patterns that you feel good in. There is not much better than being able to say” I made it” with pride. I am happy to offer advice to other makers. When we help each other, we all succeed.

Tank top

This is a beautiful tank top with wonderful drape. The pattern was easy to read. I made adjustments to fit my figure. I had to redo the lace portion of the pattern, but in all fairness it could have been my fault,

It turned out well. I get compliments on it whenever I wear it. It is definitely a tank top to repeat in different colors or for gifting.

Worst pattern I have ever used

I looked on the website and saw that the only review of this pattern was 5 stars which was from someone who had not even started the project yet. I can only imagine that after almost 2 months she didn't come back as promised for a reason.

Well, I am about to attempt to complete the back and I couldn't wait to finish to give everyone the heads up that this is perhaps one of the most confusing patterns I have ever made. I will credit over 55 years of crocheting, frogging multiple times (which decimates Coboo yarn) and improvising with my even getting this far. I appreciate that Lion Brand sent a correction prior to my beginning the project or I likely would have chucked the whole thing.

I really wanted to love this pattern but again it was written so poorly, all the pleasure of making it was taken away. If you choose to make this, just a heads up that it's gonna take some serious skills and concentration.

Hello Sylvia - we're sorry you're having trouble with this pattern! If you'd like help with these directions please email our pattern help team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist.

Have not started yet, but pattern seems very clear and easy to follow. Will report back once finished!
