Love the color. Have to keep the tension tight or you loose a couple of threads because it's loosely woven ( splits). Very silky and soft. Would I buy it again. Maybe if it's a small project. I bought the mulberry.
First, the yarn has a beautiful sheen and is very soft. I would like to give this more stars, but the color I received is not what is listed or what it looks like on screen. I ordered the dark blue. On line it looks like a very nice dark blue. What I received is purple, not blue at all. When held next to blue, it is very purple. I wanted blue, not purple. I like purple, but certain shades don't go with my skin tone and what I received is a shade that is too cool of a tone for me. I'm very disappointed. Not sure if I want to spend the time knitting something that won't look very nice with my skin tone. The other yarn I ordered is the exact color as shown on the screen, so I'm not sure why this one is so different. Bummer. The photo is the yarn on a navy background.
This was my first purchase from Lion Brand, and I absolutely love this yarn! I’ll definitely be buying it again for future projects. I used it to make a beach dress, and it turned out incredibly soft and drapey. If you’d like to see how it looks, check out my video. Highly recommend!

This yarn is so soft and easy to knitt, I am so happy with it, this nice, it is my second project with it.
This yarn is great, and exactly what I was looking for to make a sweater. EXCEPT, the color is waaaaaay different than how it appears online. I bought thistle as it appears as a bright cobalt-y blue online. However, the actual yarn is definitely purple. Almost like a blue-ish lavender. To be fair, thistle IS a purple flower....but the swatches online are undeniably blue. I'll find something to use this for, but it won't work for what I purchased it for.

We do our best to represent colors as accurately as possible on screen, but differences in lighting, monitor settings, and color perception, as well as dye lot, can make a color appear differently in person versus on screen. We hope you're able to find the perfect project for this blue-purple color.
