I'm knitting the Big B end National Park hat from Nancy Bates' book, "Knitting the National Parks. I researched and ordered a lot of yarns from different companies to match all the colors in the pattern, and Wool Ease Recycled Royal Blue is just right to embroider the bluebonnets that are iconic in Texas and at this park. As you can see from the picture, I have only gotten two and a half flowers embroidered, but they look fine to me and the yarn is easy to work with.
Great yarn, nice and soft, doesn't split easily. I also love that it's made from recycled product. Crocheted it double and it looks great! :)
This is great yarn. I am using it to make the Tilda Shrug crochet pattern (I am about halfway through). It doesn't unravel and it's easy to work with. It's also soft and feels nice. One warning that it feels a lot thinner than worsted weight - maybe closer to DK, but as long as you are ok with that you'll love this yarn!
This Lion Brand yarn, Wool ease, is a dream to work with. I love all of the yarn, but this is my favorite. I wish there were more colors, but I always can make it work for any of my projects. Thank you for making a quality product!
Great yarn- really enjoy the feel and the color. But I will say that it is much thinner than my other worsted weight yarn
Pleasant to knit. Works more like DK than worsted, but that's okay by me.
