I love the feel and look of the Retweed Yarn. I held two colors together to get a bulky weight. The Cowl on the Fringe is so soft and comfortable!

I'm working on a cardigan for my father for christmas and needed 2 more skeins. I ordered the first 8 back in probably july. The yarn matched. No differences in dyelot that I could see. And now I can finish this in time for christmas. 😁 Pictured are both sleeves. One has the new yarn.
I was worried that this blue would be too light, but the color is a little darker in person and under normal lighting. I like that this is at least made in part from recycled materials and can be machine washed. I also like that there are small bits of red and yellow in the blue. The yarn diameter is pretty consistent.
This yarn works beautifully for so many things. I made my first amigurumi, Peppercorn the Bunny with it and I’m currently making my very first sweater with the full range of colors (plus two I had in my stash). While the color range is not large every one of them works well with the others. They are soft, muted making them perfect for my hexagranny cardigan where I wanted an aged vintage vibe. The yarn behaves well while on my hook and grows softer after washing-and you can throw it in the washer and dryer!
