beautiful!

I made this in colorway "Mermaid" and it came out looking like a bluejay's wing, it's just beautiful! It's a fun pattern to make--simple but just enough variation in the pattern rhythm to keep it interesting. I do think the pattern needs clarification, in the form of telling us what the stitch count should be with each successive repeat. No matter what I did--and I really counted diligently!--I did not end up with 108 st in the final row. In fact, I did an extra repeat (8 sets instead of 7, which used up more of the skein, which makes me happy) and finished off with a row of sc, and it STILL only came in at 105 (I think? 109?) stitches. No matter: it looks beautiful and I'm content with the result. But please, if someone at Lion Brand wants to update/correct the pattern instructions with stitch count for all the repeats, that would be a great kindness.
