This is perfect for deconstructing and using however you like.
I made a jumper out of these and have two things I learned.
Getting the bonus means not only more yarn, but less stipes per meter. So if you're working on a huge project, like a blanket, this is suitable, but if you want a stripy jumper, better to get the same weight in smaller balls so it stripes more.
I worked with a standard gauge knitting machine for the project. Tension 10 was a must and worked really well. It ribs well at Tension 8. The yarn itself has strength and only snapped once (my fault). It is great to work with on the machine, my only qualm is the bonus is so large, that at the end, the cake sides fell in on themselves which meant so I had to recake the last 100m or so on a spinner.
This is the first chunky scarf using Bonus Bundle (now about to start my 4th). The colour changes work brilliantly, could use my stash of smaller Mandala cakes but would be fiddling with colour changing. I have used patterns by Rich Textures Crochet (YouTube), she uses this yarn perfectly. I use a 5mm and works but might try 5.5.mm and ribbed v stitch for next one.

While I was able to make the sweater that I was working on anyway, there was a factory knot which threw off the color scheme of the sweater. It made it impossible to get symmetry that I was initially looking for. It took a lot of extra work to make this yarn work because of it. The whole point of buying the bonus bundle is that I should have enough yarn not to have to make a join. Otherwise, I like this yarn and the color scheme.
I've worked with quite a few value-priced yarns and this is one of the good ones. Soft, pretty, and tightly twisted enough to make it easy to work with. I bought two "bonus bundle" cakes and will easily have enough to crochet a good sized throw.
