I LOVE this yarn. If it comes to making a baby blanket, it is the only yarn I want to use. It is easy to use, work with. The colors are peaceful and easy on the eye.
I ordered this yarn to complete a project that I began with another yarn. The colors synched perfectly. I the the generous cakes of yarn and the affordable price. I had enough yarn in the cake to begin a baby blanket. The color changes keep me going even when the stitches are getting boring. Moreover, I love the names that you’ve assigned to these colorists. A fun, practical yarn!
I ordered two skeins of Hundred Acre but received one which was the wrong colorway which is also lovely but not what I ordered for my project. I submitted a ticket immediately but received a prompting for a review before my ticket was followed up on, almost two weeks later which was rather frustrating. Here's the first half of the baby blanket I've been cranking out; working with these color changes is incredibly satisfying
I originally bought this yarn because I was pretty certain I would like the color. I also wanted to make a lightweight blanket that I could actually make quite large without it being overly heavy. This yarn exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to work with, and I was so pleased with the outcome.
There are so many different projects this yarn is perfect for! Wraps, blankets, sweaters, wall hangings. Each year I find amazing patterns written specifically for Mandala yarn and I haven't been disappointed with any of them.
