Superwash Merino Wool

Enjoyable, soft and easy to work with yarn that would occasionally snag and split on knitting needles. I loved the array of colors available, and used a good majority of them to knit a temperature blanket. One downside was that in the middle of the project, I went to purchase more of the color, 'Marmalade' only to find it had been discontinued. Thankfully, I was able to procure some from a different online retailer. There is some friction pilling causing a fuzzy halo to the yarn the more it is continually worked with but I don't think it visually aged the project, just something to note.

Absolutely stunning!

I wanted to make a summer time baby blanket that is light and airy. Normally I stick with what’s been labeled for such things but I saw the sale and took a chance with this yarn. I am so impressed with how soft and durable this yarn is! It is very light. Perfect for the warmer months! Will definitely purchase again.

Soft and light yarn, but is slippery and splits easily

The yarn split quite a bit and that made it hard to weave in ends. It was also very slippery on my crochet hook. But it is a nice and light yarn! I made the Weave and Wander sweater kit.

Super soft!

The yarn is sooooooooo soft, and it has some stretch to it. I absolutely love it. The only thing is that the color displayed on the site is different from the actual shade of green that it is. My camera isn't capturing the true green either but this is closer to what it is. I love it! I bought it after seeing the shade in another review.

Pretty, But Looks Old Quickly

Love the softness of this yarn. However, I was working on a project for months and I could see it physically deteriorating as the months went on. Don't get me wrong, it's a beatifl yarn and the colorway Terracotta is so pretty! But the yarn became noticeably thinner when worked up, and areas starting to pill. I think it overall still came together beautifully, but it's not the best merino I've worked with.

Very soft, washes up nicely.

I used this yarn to knit some socks in the olive color. It is so soft, no prickles or itchiness. It also holds up well and doesn’t split. It is tightly spun. It has a nice drape; not as stiff like standard wool.

I am making a cardigan next with this yarn.
