Police throw pattern

I made this throw with Vanna's Choice because it's a wash and wear type of acrylic yarn. I knew that it would stand up to the life of an 8 year old boy. The pattern is relatively easy, but some experience with intarsia or duplicate stitch is necessary. It is time consuming, not a weekend project. I'm an experienced knitter and it took me about six months to complete, but it was well worth the time invested.
