If knitting a men’s jacket/cardigan has been on your list of projects, then this is the pattern for you. The Cider Jacket is slightly thicker and meant to be worn as an outer layer. That’s why you’ll find this pattern has a tighter gauge that creates a thicker, sturdier version of a men's cardigan. Intended to be worn with 7.5-9.5” (19-24 cm) of positive ease in the chest (when buttoned), this jacket was designed with men's measurements. It has the classic pointed collar, and I-cord bind offs on the hem, sleeves and collar to create a cohesive theme.
