Knit Kit - Autumn League Pullover

SKU: B70237

The Autumn League Pullover is a crewneck raglan sweater that evokes memories of Friday night football games, crisp fall evenings, and a general sense of nostalgia. The doubled ribbed neckband, v-insert neck triangle, and side slit details give personality and add to the classic appeal of this sweatshirt-inspired wardrobe staple. Meant to be well-loved and well-worn, this sweater has the perfect broken-in relaxed fit and deep raglans that allow for chic comfort and wearable ease.

Way big

I am 5’6 “, 145 lbs and usually wear a medium, so I made a medium. I did not do a swatch since I was using the kit, ie the yarn used in the pattern. It turned out way too big, and the armpits are almost down to my waist. So do your swatch and measure stuff along the way. Like maybe compare a sweater that fits you and compare the measurements to what you are building. I love the yarn and I haven’t washed it yet. Maybe it will shrink :)

Hi Michele - since this is made with a cotton yarn you could try shrinking it by washing and drying on a high heat. However, it's designed to have a slouchy, oversized fit, so if you make it again you may also want to try sizing down in the pattern.
