Cool Yarn

I had never worked with cording yarn before, but it was so easy to work with and virtually never tangles. Very sturdy and would buy again!

For the Home cording

This cording is so easy to work. It’s not slippery. The color is true to the pictures one your website. I am making a belt. It works up smooth and strong. I will definitely use it again.

great for decorative pumpkins

Held two strands together with large circular needle to knit one large and one small pumpkin.

The reason I gave only 4 stars is because it was tough to work with for my hands.

Color

First off, I absolutely love this yarn! I was worried that I was going to have a hard time working with it since it doesn’t stretch but it actually helped me focus more on my tension.

My one complaint is I ordered the “Willow” color expecting it to be green but in person it looks grey. When I needed to buy one last skein for my project I got one in “Willow” and one in “Grey” just to make sure the label wasn’t off on my first order. Once I had the two colors together you could tell a difference.

I just want others to know before they order wanting a green finished project.

Market and Tote Bags

For the past year I have been using For The Home Cording Yarn to crochet my market and tote bags. They hold up better than bags made with cotton yarn and can be run through the washer and dryer. Everyone I have given a bag to has been extremely happy with them.
