My favorite

I have knitted with many kinds of fiber and I have to say this is my favorite. It feels good to work with it, it has a nice drape, beautiful color tones, you can use it for many different garments, it's easy to care for it and you get a good value for the cost. The sample in the picture I took it's not blocked yet.

What an amazing yarn for garments!!!

I knitted 2 short sleeve Ts with 5 skanes. I started the first one as a test / practice project because I'm a relatively new knitter, but it turned out to be the best one I've made and didn't take as much yarn as I first thought. So, I ended up knitting another one for my niece., and ordered more to knit a long sleeve sweater!

did not work out

I was going to make a scarf and could not get the yarn to give me the correct gauge when I made the swatch so I coudn't use it. It was too small.

A beautiful, soft yarn

"Feels Like Alpaca" is one of my favorite yarns to use for shawls and scarves. It's soft, easy to care for, and has some beautiful colors. I only wish Lion had kept some of the rich, saturated colors that were discontinued a few years ago. The current shades are all fine, but rather serious. How about a little joy?
