Great pattern, yarn needs some help

I love the concept of this kit. Super simple pattern, very high impact colors in the yarn but not difficult to make at all. Until you get to the yarn. It’s beautiful, the colors are gorgeous, I swapped the recommended colors for different ones and I’m so pleased with the effect. But the yarn is so difficult to work with. It splits so much causing tangles, and so much fuzz! My project is barely half way finished and it already looks so old. I would 100% use this pattern again, but I have to pass on the yarn.

Get well blanket

Pattern is easy once you get the hang of it. I make them for my people as a get well gift for whatever reason. Next time I am going to use lighter colors fo a more uplifting vibe.

Great pattern but frustrating yarn

The pattern is straightforward and easy to follow once you get the hang of it. However, the yarn, while beautiful, is very frustrating to work with. If you make a mistake and try to frog it, the yarn gets tangled and knots up easily. Additionally, the yarn breaks quite often, and I noticed that some skeins had sections where two different colors were tied together, resulting in abrupt color transitions. There were also sections of the yarn where it went from thin to chunky weight in same skein. If it weren't for the yarn quality, I would have given this kit a full five stars. Unfortunately, the beautiful colors aren’t worth the hassle of dealing with low quality yarn, and I regret not reading the yarn’s reviews before purchasing the kit.

Hello K.H. - our apologies for any excessive knots or inconsistent thickness in your yarn! If you come across more than 3 knots in a single skein, or more than a yard's worth of other inconsistencies, please save the label (we'll need the dye lot number) and contact our quality control team at [email protected] so we can make that right.

Great pattern for beginners but not boring for others!

I loved using Landscapes yarn to crochet this stunning throw. Pattern was easy to follow, & I am so pleased with the finished product. I bought extra yarn to make the blanket a little bigger (wider & longer) & am so glad I did.

Kit woodland desert yarn

The colors are vibrant but the yarn was hard to connect with new yarn, I had to do a surgical knot to connect and the ends splayed out and did not push in to the original crochet. If you have a way to correct this problem please email me

terrific pattern

I am so happy with thus pattern both for its beauty and its simplicity. I have made several projects by Jessica of Mama in a Stitch and every one has turned out beautifully. The changing color pallets make this an interesting pattern. I love to watch the landscapes develop. For an experienced crocheter I would call this restful!
