Good Quality Materials But…

It’s definitely not a beginner kit. I feel like there needs to be more notice when buying just the kit that it doesn’t come with any needles. Also, the pdf is not beginner friendly at all. Goes immediately into crocheting terminology a beginner wouldn’t know, and provides no visual markers like pictures or small videos to help guide a true beginner. Very disappointed.

Hi Alex - our apologies for any confusion with the skill level of this pattern! The 'beginner' rating means that the pattern uses basic stitches and doesn't have any shaping or fancy stitch patterns. It's not meant to indicate a pattern that will teach you how to knit or crochet from scratch, as the pattern will assume you know the basics of each craft, but is a good indicator of something to pick as your first or second 'real' project. Tools & accessories like hooks/needles and darning needles are optional, as you may already have those items, but can be added by checking the box next to 'include with purchase' by each in-stock item.
