Loved the yarn, fun to work with, but did not appreciate the knot in the skein where two lengths had been tied together.
Hi Ann - we're glad that you enjoyed working with the yarn! Knots can occur when a new length of yarn needs to be toed on to finish winding that ball, and we suggest cutting them out and treating the two ends like you're joining a new ball of yarn. Typically we allow for up to 3 knots in a single skein; if you come across more than that please contact our customer service team.
