It was fine

I’m new to crochet (five months) and got this yarn in dusty lilac and grey print because I saw it on clearance. So take this review with a grain of salt. There were quite a few factory knots in each skein, and it wasn’t until I started exploring other lines of yarn that I discovered it was an unusually high amount. (Maybe it was on clearance cause there was an issue with this batch?) I’m still getting used to the different yarn weights, but the grey print yarn was noticeably thicker than the lilac. Almost double the size. And that stayed consistent across all skeins. Due to the name of the yarn, I was expecting to be wowed by the softness and unable to keep myself from running my hands over the blanket I was making for my baby niece. And…it wasn’t NOT soft. But it wasn’t really anything to write home about. I mostly felt that the finished product was sturdy. I feel bad this review was all negative, but I don’t know enough yet to know all the ways it could have been bad but wasn’t. It didn’t split more than other yarns I used. It frogs fine. (I can certainly attest to that! lol) This isn’t my new favorite yarn or anything, but if it was a perfect fit for a project I had in mind, I would use it again.

Hi Meghann - our apologies for any excessive knots or inconsistent thickness! If you came across more than 3 knots in a single skein please contact our quality control team at [email protected] so we can make that right.

Love it!

I really love this yarn . It's works up so nice in the pattern and the patterns the yarn make it look as if meant that way. It's a lovely yarn to work with.

Baby Soft Yarn

The color is delicate. Right now, I am in the middle of knitting a baby blanket; and I plan to knit a matching sweater, hat, sweater & booties to go with it.

Baby blanket

A few factory knots and the white seems to be thicker than the other colors I received. But overall, a good yarn.

The yarn is soft and easy to work with, and I like the muted colors for the baby blanket I'm working on. I'm not far into my project, but so far I love it
