Ahana Infinity Scarf (Crochet)

SKU: 4321

Love the look of the knitted ribbed garter stitch but don't knit? Then Ahana is the perfect project for you! Worked in the Tunisian knit and purl stitch Ahana is the ideal project for an advanced beginner. The soft and squishy texture is a delightful barrier against the chill of winter. The bright colors will also bring cheer to any dreary day!

Enjoying Tunisian crochet

I researched Tunisian crochet to see if this new technique was "do-able" for a senior! When I saw the similarities to the afghan stitch and hook that I used 50 years ago, I decided to undertake this project. I am pleased to report that I learned the Tunisian knit and purl stitches without too much difficulty. I will be working on 5 of these scarves for gifts for 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters.
