This is a simple, bold combination of scallops and eyelets, all in garter stitch.
Method
Cast on 4 sts.
1st row (RS) K 2, yo 3 times, k 2. 7 sts.
2nd row K 3, p 1, k 3.
3rd, 4th, and 5th rows K.
6th row Slipping first st, bind off 3 sts, k 3. 4 sts.
Repeat 1st-6th rows.
Bind off.
