Golden Card Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Sponsor
This Golden Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Lion Brand Yarn, 125 Chubb Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 (“Sponsor” or “Lion Brand”).

Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lion Brand Yarn, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Participants may enter the Giveaway in one of the following ways:
A) Golden Card Entry: Obtain a Golden Card found inside select Yummy Friends Kits and follow the instructions provided on the card to enter.

B) Form Entry: Alternatively, participants may enter by completing an entry form available online. No purchase is necessary to enter via this online form.

Entry Period
The Giveaway will be ongoing until terminated by the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. All entries must be received by the Sponsor within the specified timeframe to be eligible.

Entry Limits
Each participant may enter the Giveaway only once. Duplicate or multiple entries by the same participant will be disqualified.

Selection of Winners
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selection process will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

Notification
Winners will be notified via direct message on social media or through the contact information provided on the entry form within 30 days of the drawing. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize
The list of available prizes is published on the Yummy Friends page on the Lion Brand website and is accessible to the public. Prizes may be modified or updated at the Sponsor’s discretion. Winners may choose a prize from the available options at the time of selection, subject to the Sponsor’s approval. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be provided, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Publicity
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising, promotional, and other purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy
All personal information collected during the course of the Giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Lion Brand’s privacy policy.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or incomplete entries, or other errors that may occur during the entry process.

Limitation of Liability
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lion Brand Yarn, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising in connection with the Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

No Purchase Necessary
For the avoidance of doubt, no purchase is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway. Participants may enter by obtaining a Golden Card through the purchase of a Yummy Friends Kit (where applicable) or by completing the entry form as detailed above.
