Covideo Waiver

By submitting my video, I authorize and grant permission to Lion Brand Yarn Company to reproduce my photographic or video image. I agree that such reproduction may be edited as desired and used in whole or in part for any and all print, audio-visual, multimedia, online, and/or exhibition purposes in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world. I agree that the project(s) may be broadcast and distributed without limitation through any means and I shall not receive any further compensation for my participation.

I also agree to the use of my name, likeness, portrait or pictures, voice and biographical material about me for educational, project, program, or series publicity and organizational promotional purposes.

I further agree that my participation in the project confers upon me no rights to use, ownership or copyright. I release Lion Brand Yarn Company, its employees, agents, and assigns from all liability which may arise from any and/or all claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation in the project(s).

It is understood that Lion Brand Yarn Company is under no obligation to broadcast the above-identified project(s).
