Cozy!

I love Hue + Me! It’s warm, soft, and fun to crochet. U like that there are a lot of colors to choose from, and Two of Wands patterns are well written, clear, and easy to follow. They always have illustrations too.

Yarn Diameter Varies with Color

I purchased Hue + Me bulky yarn to make the Tulip Cube Throw by Wilmade. I enjoyed working with the yarn; it doesn't tangle easily, I do not usually split the strands with my hook, and it has just the right amount of friction to hold the shape of the stitches while remaining soft, especially for a wool blend. The only problem was that the diameter of the yarn varied significantly with the color! The salt (cream) yarn was the thinnest, the haze (light gray) was medium-sized, and the werewolf (charcoal black) was the thickest. To crochet each diamond the same size, I had to use an 8 mm hook for the salt/cream yarn, a 7 mm hook for the haze/gray yarn, and a 6.5 mm hook for the werewolf/black. The salt yarn was almost too thin to use with an 8mm hook, leaving rather large holes in the pattern for that color. An 8mm hook was recommended for this pattern, therefore the overall size of my finished afghan was smaller than intended. Furthermore, I only used 4 skeins of each color, not the 5 that were shipped. The blanket still turned out great, but I was quite frustrated with the inconsistent size of the different colors of yarn.

Super soft

Yarn is super soft, beautiful colors that all match. Only thing is the colors look very different than online, definitely not as vibrant. But it’s still great yarn and very easy to work with!

This yarn was perfect for my project. It was easy to work with, and the colors were exactly as I had ordered and expected. I used warm stone and crush for the colors and it turned out beautifully

Color is very deceiving

Hue &Me Ozone LOOKS like it's a light blue. In reality, it is an ugly gray. I bought it to make a baby boy gift and now I can't use it. Extremely disappointed.
