It took a few tries to get the hang of crocheting with this yarn, but once I did, I really like it. It works up so beautifully! Right now, I’m making the Kelan Carryall, and I’m definitely planning to use it for other projects like baskets and hats.
I stumbled on this yarn when recommending for a crochet market bag pattern I bought. The yarn itself is great to work with. It soft and doesn’t fuzzy too much like other 4ply worsted types of yarn. And does seem sturdy enough for the market bag, I like the look of it. Needed two balls and each ball had one join but it wasn’t bad to deal with for this project anyway.
I use the Rewind yarn for a project bag. I did modify the pattern slightly to use exactly 100 grams. This yarn makes a strong but soft bag. Yes they are a couple knots. Yes sometimes it’s a little tricky but worth it in the end. It makes the perfect bag/purse. I bought several colors and they all colors are soft and pretty. The pattern is Bokit Bag.
I had never used this Rewind tape yarn before. I found this pattern for a Harper bucket bag and I had to make it. I’ve already made two and will be making seven more for all the girls in my family. If you’re an experienced crocheter, this is a must.
Is a very good yarn for sun hats. The texture is beautiful and I could create stunning projects with it!
I used this to make the coastal sunhat and it worked really well and was easy to use but there were a lot of factory knots in it. I still liked it and will use it again.
