Pull tightly and knot. Cut loops at opposite end of cardboard. Cut a length of second color and wrap tightly around loops 1/2 in. (1 cm) below top knot to form Tassel neck. Knot securely; thread ends onto blunt needle and weave ends to center of Tassel. Trim Tassel ends evenly.

| Fun, fast and easy! Vanna's Glamour is the perfect yarn for this project. Before wrapping the yarn around the cardboard, I cut a small slit in the bottom of the cardboard to hold the yarn ends. It kept the yarn secure so I could wrap, and tie the top end easier. Also, when I got to the step where you chain, I cut an appropriate length of yarn, folded it over, and passed the loop end through the tassle where the top was tied. I used this loop to begin the ch24. It secured the chain to the tassel without having to use another knot, and there were two fewer ends to weave in.
