When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. Downloadable Pattern: Temair Throw Reviewed by Laurel Spurlin on 2009-10-24 *****
I downloaded this FREE, wonderful pattern. I made it in a very soft, fuzzy yarn that is absolutely yummy. I finished it in time to submit to the Georgia Fair and it won 2nd place. There were a couple big gaps that were noticeable because of the weight of the blanket, so I just made a few extra circles and filled in where needed. I did not add the tassels, thought it would add too much weight and liked it without them. With the cost of yarn these days, thank you for 'freeing' up your patterns, every little bit saved helps! Thanks
