Exact gauge is not essential to this project.

NOTES:

To change color, work last st of old color to last yarn over; yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete st.

FLOWER (make 2)
With A, ch 20.
Row 1: 3 hdc in 3rd ch from hook, 4 dc in next ch; change to B in last dc, 5 dc in next ch, 3 tr in each ch to last 3 ch, 3 dc in next ch, 2 hdc in next ch, sc in last ch.
Row 2: With B, (ch 3, sl st in next st) across. Fasten off.
Fasten off.

FINISHING
Coil Flower into a spiral. Sew across base to secure. Weave in ends. Attach Flower to shoe using hook and loop dots.

These were very quick to make. They came out nice but not quite as well-formed like the ones in the picture. I only did one so maybe making more would be practice-makes-perfect.
