Moderne Jacket

Lion Brand® Lion® Wool - Lion® Cashmere Blend

GAUGE:

10 sts + 9 rows = 4 in. [10 cm] in Pattern stitch with larger hook and 1 strand each of A and B held tog.

When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Moderne Jacket Reviewed by Carol Beacham on 2011-01-10 *****
I made this jacket and I really love the finished product. The two-threaded look adds distinction. The directions are easy to follow and the fit is great. The only problem I had was with the buttons..they do not seem to be very functional, even though I like how they look. I eventually purchased others that worked better. This is a great jacket and I recommend it to others. :)
