Ch 9, sl st in beg ch to form a ring. 
Rnd 1: Ch 1, work 18 sc in ring, join with sl st in beg sc. 
Rnd 2:(Ch 9, sc in 4th ch from hook, hdc in each of next 2 ch, dc into each of next 3 ch, skip next 2 sc, sl st in next sc) around – 6 points. Fasten off.
