Very pretty very soft

Works up quick and easy for me, really hard to frog (accidentally skipped a row in my project) and it does have some parts where the yarn gets thin. But the colors are wonderful (volcano is the one i used) there were a couple knots (only 1 per ball) and none of them tied the same color in, or close to the same color, (so it went from yellow to black for example)

As very allergic to wool, I purchased 2 of Mountain Range color from Webs website and needed a 3rd- got directly from Lion. Within a skein, the colors invert creating a colorful pattern. There is a warning that even within a dye lots, colors aren’t guaranteed to same shade but these 3 were very close. My scarf ended up slightly fuzzy but very soft. Problem with yarn is it untwist, splits very easily, and is very slippery on needles. I had too many drop stitches off ends which were hard to recover due to split yarns ( trouble getting all of stitch back on needle) and the multiple colors. I too found some large knots between color changes -I cut and tied smaller/tighter joins. I also will not order directly again, processing of 1 skein took far too long.

One of my favorite yarns

The only thing I wish is that this yarn was offered in cake. I would have so much at home.

So pretty but so fuzzy

I have been admiring landscapes color palettes for so long, but clearly I was right to avoid it. I am in love with these colors, the saturation is to die for. But it’s so hard to work with! It splits so much making it really hard to frog. The halo of fuzz also tangles in spots, which just ruins the section because you have to cut it out. I’m barely halfway done with my project and it already looks so old because of the fuzzy halo. It’s really a reminder of why I avoid roving yarn.

Landscapes yarn 🥰

Lovely soft yarn with long changes from color to color. There are thickness variations. Also frogging is slow at times because of the fine strands that get caught as you’re pulling out stitches. All in all I’m very pleased with the colors of the “Sunset” color I chose and the workability of this yarn. Highly recommend!
