Knitted afghans for my family

I am knitting a blanket for each member of my family. I designed my pattern and only use LB Thick & Quick. Love this yarn!

Gorgeous color

I bought Wool ease in color Eggplant on sale and it’s a deep rich maroon rather than purple. It’s perfect. I’ve allowed myself just one or two wool items here in Arizona since there’s just a short period to use them. Glad I made this choice!
I haven’t used wool ease much but I really like it’s spongy softness.

Thick and Quick never disappoints!

It works up quick and everything i make with it looks high quality, you'd almost never guess that it's an acrylic blend. I love using this yarn for a range of projects, including hats, sweaters, blankets, and more. The price for the bonus bundle is well worth it, especially if you buy it during a sale. This yarn is good for beginners, but I am a seasoned knitter and crocheter and I still find myself using it time and time again.
Check out my Nanaimo Cardigan I recently made with a few skeins of this stuff!

Nice to work with, knit pattern looks good

I’m very happy with this yarn and I plan to use it in more projects. It’s soft and nice to work with: not too slippery or too sticky, feels nice in my hands, doesn’t tangle or split, my knit pattern looks crisp. On US13/9.0mm needles it knits up pretty dense, which is nice for a good warm blanket but I might use a 15 for a looser, lighter texture. The picture shows three “bonus bundle” skeins and is about 5’x3’. I’ll be adding an other three skeins to make a good size blanket.

Consistent quality

I’ve purchased this yarn for 4 different throws, consistent quality, no issues at all with the balls of yarn or yarn itself. Will continue to purchase in the future!
