Was excited to use my new hook only to start a chain row and it snags with every stitch. Was hoping I was going to be luckier than others who shared the same problem.

I was really looking forward to using this hook while working on the Ew David blanket. It's impossible to use as it snags constantly. Disappointed
Hello Arwen - our apologies for the snags! You can use some fine grit sandpaper to smooth out the edges of this hook, but please email our quality control team at [email protected] as well so we can record this issue.
I have used bamboo hooks before and was looking forward to this one. However, there is a rough place in the barb that makes it unusable.
Hi Diana - if the rough spot is larger than can easily be smoothed with some sanding paper or an emery board please contact our quality control team at [email protected] for help with this.
Not much quality here.
The hook is slightly bent and does not have a nice finish. My other bamboo hooks, another brand, are more comfortable to use and much nicer looking.
LOVED the yarn I got with this order but do not like the “feel” of this crochet hook. With it being bamboo I thought I would, but it doesn’t have the sliding feel I like. Will not buy another bamboo hook.
Does not slip out of my hands.
