Stripes! Blanket
Lion Brand® Vanna's Choice®
GAUGE:
14 single crochet = 5 in. (12.5 cm).
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES:
To change color work last stitch of old color to last yarn over, yarn over with next color and draw through all loops on hook to complete stitch.

I am working on this afghan now. I work on it while I am watching tv. It works up very easily. There is one stitch so there is no pattern to memorize - you can almost do it with your eyes closed. I weave in the ends as I go along so when I get to the border stage and finish off, the afghan will be done.
This started out as a wedding gift, but the longer it gets, the less likely I am to actually give it away!
