Baby Bear Hooded Jacket

GAUGE: 12 sts + 24 rows = 4 in. [10 cm] in Garter st (k every row). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| Baby Bear Hooded Jacket Reviewed by Carissa Campbell on 2013-04-02 |

| I had originally made this for my son. It was easy and cute, but the hood was way too long. Nobody else seemed to have this problem, but I made it 10" long, just as the pattern says. It looked long to me when I was making it but I thought since nobody who made it mentioned a problem, that it would be fine. When I put it on the baby the hood was way too big and he couldn't wear it. I am going to have to pull it out and make it shorter and give it as a gift instead.
