It is was lot of fun to make, the construction and color changes make it very entertainment.
The only is I found it a little big so I make it smaller than the small size.
I have made this twice with different colors and both are lovely! I did run out of one color yarn two rows from the end of the poncho and had to order another skein.
This pattern was easy to understand and worked up quickly. However, I made the first size (xs, s, m) but added all the rectangles because I thought it came out a little short without them.
