VANNA’S CHOICE BLANKET GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR The Vanna’s Choice Blanket Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Orchard Yarn and Thread Company, LLC (“Sponsor”), whose affiliated brands include Lion Brand Yarn, Quince & Co., and Silk City Fibers. Sponsor is headquartered in Rincon, GA and Lyndhurst, NJ.
2. ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Orchard Yarn and Thread Company, including its affiliated brands Lion Brand Yarn, Quince & Co., and Silk City Fibers, and any individuals under contract to promote or represent these brands (including influencers), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on July 23, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER There are three (3) ways to enter:
   (a) ENTRY FORM: Visit the designated promotional webpage during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the online entry form. The form may be located on the same page as these Official Rules.
   (b) SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENT: During the Sweepstakes Period, comment on the specific giveaway post on Sponsor’s designated social media account. Comment must comply with instructions stated in the post (e.g., follow the account and comment with your favorite Vanna’s Choice yarn color).
   (c) PURCHASE: Place an order of any Vanna’s Choice yarn product on lionbrand.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Each separate order containing at least one unit of Vanna’s Choice yarn will count as one (1) entry, regardless of the number of units purchased.
   Only one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
   
5. SELECTION OF THREE WINNERS On or about August 5, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) winners from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Entries will be collated into a master list for random selection. Only one winner per household. Odds of Winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. PRIZES Each winner will receive one (1) unique handmade blanket made from Vanna’s Choice yarn. The blankets featured as prizes in the giveaway were originally made for and photographed in past campaigns (“Featured Blankets”) and include (with Approximate Retail Value (ARV)): Overlapping Squares Afghan (ARV $80); Diagonal Squares Afghan (ARV $75); Log Cabin Afghan (ARV $65); Axbridge Afghan (ARV $65); Diamonds Afghan (ARV $60). Total ARV of all three prizes ranges from $190.00 to $220.00 (depending on blankets selected by winners per Paragraph 8 below).
   
   No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted by winner except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
   
7. PRIZE NOTIFICATION AND DELIVERY Potential winners will be notified via the method corresponding to their entry (email for form/purchase entries; direct message for social media comments). Entry will be deemed made by the holder of the email or social media account. Winners must respond within five (5) business days of the notification with their full name and a valid U.S. mailing address.
   
   Sponsor will ship the blanket to each confirmed winner free of charge. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, delivery failures, or lost shipments. If a winner fails to respond within the required time period or provides an invalid address, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner is responsible for taxes on prize, if any.
   
8. BLANKET SELECTION ORDER Winners will have the opportunity to select their preferred blanket from the available Featured Blankets in the order that Sponsor receives the valid winner responses. Ties in response timestamps will be resolved by a random drawing conducted by Sponsor. Only one of each Featured Blanket is available for selection. If a winner does not indicate a preference within the response timeframe and/or if selected preference is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to assign a blanket at its discretion.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s/Judge’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) technical failures of any kind; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (3) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
11. PUBLICITY Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.
12. PRIVACY Personal information collected through the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.lionbrand.com/pages/privacy-policy.
13. WINNERS LIST To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Vanna’s Choice Blanket Giveaway Winner List, c/o Orchard Yarn and Thread Company, 125 Chubb Ave, Suite 300S, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071. Winners in VT and WA may omit return postage. Requests must be received by August 31, 2025. The winners list will also be posted on Sponsor’s website at https://www.lionbrand.com/pages/my-first-yarn-vanna-giveaway-results.
14. DISPUTES All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions arising in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.
