This yarn is so soft and fine, so when you crochet thick stuff it’s not too stiff. I use this yarn for ear warmers and I love it!
I'm aghast at how a recycled yarn can be so soft and have such a lovely texture! I don't usually go in for fuzzy yarns because I find them tricky to work with and I don't always love the texture. But the amount of fuzz on this is just enough to give it that airy, extra-soft look without shedding all over the place, and the chain makes it surprisingly sturdy to work with. Used it for the Lightly Toasted Cardigan and adore how it shows off the crochet ridges while still having that fuzzy haze. The picture doesn't do it justice between my bad post-daylight savings light and old phone, especially color-wise - I'm working with Azure Blue and it's basically a perfect dusty periwinkle!!
This yarn is super easy to work with. It is also much, much softer than I was expecting. I am making a cardigan for my husband, and I think he is going to love how this feels. The light halo in the yarn is nice too. It does tend to split once in a while, but it's not a big problem for me.
Lovely soft yarn that is easy to crochet. Haven't finished yet, so only 4 stars, as I don't know how the piece will launder.
I ordered this to make a cardigan and it’s so soft! Shipping took a couple of days longer than any of my other lion brand orders but it arrived in perfect condition as always!
I bought this yarn as part of a kit - TLYarnCrafts Gloria Tote Bag - which was part of her Crochet Academy. A knitter for many years I’ve always wanted to try crochet, and this bag, and Toni’s academy, were a great place to start. The ReMake Yarn is soft to the touch, with a slight halo. Doesn’t split, and best of all, it’s made with 100% post consumer recycled polyester, and GRS certified. Colors are warm and earthy. Definitely will purchase again for future making!
